Green TVET Project Phase II

Phase II shifted from foundational curriculum development to broader implementation and digital accessibility:

Digital Transition: Scaling up the eLearning course (developed in response to COVID-19) to provide nationwide access to solar PV installation and maintenance modules in both English and Amharic.

Enhanced Qualifications: Further refining vocational qualifications and ensuring they meet the National TVET Qualification Framework (NTQF) standards.

Employment & Entrepreneurship: Specifically targeting youth and women for job creation in the solar sector, moving beyond just training to facilitating employment.

Expansion of Scope: Extending the project’s reach to regions including Afar, Dire Dawa, Arba Minch, and Wolkite.
